Shipping Policy

Shipments are process in the order it was received. Order turn around is 24-48 hours. Orders received on weekends will be process on the next business day. Our website is open 24/7 to receive orders, office hours are from Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM EST.

We at mb Pure Minerals will not be responsible for lost or damage shipments, your orders are shipped with either Signature confirmation, delivery confirmation and or Insurance, therefore please be aware of this policy before placing your order. If your shipment is lost in transit, you will have to take the initiative to contact or whatever carrier we have used at the time of shipment. We will do everything on our end to provide you with all the documentation to process your claim; invoice, receipt of payment etc. If your package is damaged, if it's visible on the packaging, please do not sign the release form and give the package back to the courier to return to us.We will replace your item(s) immediately upon receipt of returned damaged goods. This way the burden is not on you (customer). We will process the damage claim ourselves.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by e-mailing us just provide us with the Receipt ID and e-mail address used when you placed the order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Upon receipt of your order, contact us to let us know that you are returning the item(s) and would want to cancel the order, you will be responsible for the shipping charges that you will incur when returning items to us, items should be receive within 10 days after contacting us. Due to hygienic reasons, opened and used products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. Approved returns for unopened products will be refunded exchanged or credited the value of the item(s) and any taxes you were charged upon receipt of the returned item(s). Shipping charges are nonrefundable. It takes up to 3-5 days to process the return and credit your account. All approved returns will be subject to 15% re-stocking fee.
